Vocational Training

Skills for Economic Independence & Sustainability

RMO implements vocational training that targets real employer and self-employment demand—carpentry, tailoring, construction-related trades, and other skills chosen with labour-market assessment in each province.

Training blends workshop practice with literacy or numeracy where needed, and with business development support so graduates can price work, manage small orders, and connect to local buyers. Apprenticeship and centre-based models are used depending on context and safety.

Toolkits and follow-up mentoring help new artisans bridge from classroom to first jobs—supporting household stability in rural and peri-urban areas.
