Sayed Abdul Raziq “Hashimi”, born in Bamyan province. He completed preliminary education in Bamyan, he continued higher education at Bamyan in English Literature at Bamyan university, and followed with Master Study in International Relation in Azad University Kabul Branch moreover Mr. Hashimi diversify training and workshops in different fields of Humanitarian AID topics. Sayed Abdul Raziq “Hashimi”, have 24 years’ experience on humanitarian, development and emergency response sectors. He worked 10 years with Solidarity Afghanistan Belgium (SAB) fro the position of provincial manager in Bamyan and promoted to office manager in central office in Kabul. From July 2016 to now Mr. Hashimi is working as Executive Director with Rural Movement Organization (RMO). During his 24 years’ professional career, together with his team he implemented large number of projects. In different provinces of Afghanistan.

Mohammad Riaz Ramin, born in Kabul province. He completed preliminary education in Kabul and Peshawar; he continued higher education at Kabul Pedagozhy Institute (general management) and civil engineering at Kabul university, moreover Mr. Ramin attend training course on energy efficiency in buildings with STO company at Freiburg Germany. Mr. Ramin attend more than 20 international conferences and workshops and presented his NGO in France, Germany, Cambodia, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Iran and Tajikistan. Mohammad Riaz Ramin, have 25 years’ experience on humanitarian, development and emergency response sectors. He worked 17 years with acting for climate solidarities (Geres) started as building designer and his final role with Geres was deputy country directors (2018 – 2023). From Feb 2023 to now Mr. Ramin is working as director general with Rural Movement Organization (RMO). During his 25 years professional career, together with his team he implemented large number of projects. In 2018 one of the projects where Mr. Ramin was a member of management team got energy globe award. Mr. Ramin is committed for RMO success and quality projects.

Mujtaba (Hasibullah) Dayan was born in Kabul and completed his primary and secondary education at Habibia High School. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources (HR), and later obtained an MBA in Financial Management from Bakhter University. Mr. Dayan brings over 18 years of extensive experience in administrative and financial management within the NGO sector, including 7 years with international NGOs and 11 years with national NGOs. His professional background reflects strong expertise in financial oversight, human resource management, and organizational administration. Since 2023, he has been serving as the Head of the Administrative and Financial Department, where he leads financial planning, administrative operations, and contributes to the organization’s efficiency, accountability, and long-term sustainability
